Every show begins long before the doors open. At the desk, he commands world-class console setups, architects IEM and wedge monitor worlds, and locks down RF in spectrum environments where most engineers lose control. Away from the desk, he builds PA configurations from the ground up, matched to the acoustic personality of each space, whether that's a reverberant stone room or an open multi-zone stage. The system serves the mix. The mix serves the show. Nothing is left to chance.

At NLAG Chennai, he led the entire audio production operation across multi-language, multi-location services spanning India and international centres, mixing live front-of-house for thousands, managing broadcast feeds, and investing deeply in the next generation of audio engineers. Training volunteers. Equipping teams. Raising the standard and making sure it held every single Sunday, whether he was at the desk or not.

That same heart for people and excellence followed him to the UK. At Hillsong Church, serving across the Southwest and now rooted at the Guildford location as Production Manager, Production Coordinator, and FOH Engineer. Full technical ownership from console to stage, and the same commitment to equipping every team member to run with confidence, week in week out.
